Shipping Areas

We are delighted to offer shipping of our fresh, locally grown flowers and foliage to customers within the South Island. We happily ship foliage and dried product throughout the whole country. We do have a MOQ of $100 this is to ensure that you have a full box worth of product.


At this time, we haven’t been able to establish a road carrier who’s happy to delivery fresh flowers to the North Island unfortunately. However depending on your location we maybe able to offer air freight, feel free to contact us to discuss this option further.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary based on the destination and size of your order. Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We strive to keep our shipping rates as affordable as possible while ensuring your flowers arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Schedule

We ship dried orders Monday through Wednesday and fresh orders only on Monday and Tuesdays to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and are not delayed over the weekend. Orders placed after 12 PM on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.

Christchurch orders: We deliver to florists in Christchurch every Tuesday and pickups are available from the Growers Collective on Thursday morning from Spring - Autumn or deliver direct to store if required.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, order processing times may be slightly longer, so pre orders are accepted just add a shipment date to your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location. Typically, orders arrive within 1-3 business days from the shipping date. While we aim for timely deliveries, please be aware that occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays.

Packaging

Our flowers and foliage are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive fresh and in pristine condition. We use sustainable packaging materials to protect your order during transit.

Returns Policy

Damaged or Defective Flowers

If your flowers arrive damaged or in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged flowers. We will either replace the damaged items or issue a refund, depending on your preference and the availability of the flowers.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of fresh flowers and foliage. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, whether it be a replacement or a refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund, however this will depend on whether or not we can sell any speciality cut flowers elsewhere. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
